This is Volume 1 of our art collection. We hope you'll like it, and we apologise for any defects. If shortcomings are pointed out to us, we will strive to remedy them.

The core of our project is reached at chapter 6 and the next ones. It is primarily about artworks for which something is known about the real-life boy who modelled for the work, be it sculpture, painting or photograph. But we have also included art in which, even when the model cannot be identified, the events depicted are of more than ordinary interest. Chronological order is followed, but not rigidly, as it sometimes seemed better to pursue a theme.

Volume 2 will appear soon. It will not, as is often the case with a second volume, a collection of items rejected from the first. On the contrary, it will essentially be a super-large art gallery, with minimal text, featuring all of the best in boy-art. So this “ultimate archive” will be complete in itself, as the best items from Volume 1 will be included. All will be works that we consider of the highest quality, furthering our object of bringing together the very best boy-art worldwide.
